You can upgrade to the Full Plan (paid) anytime for up to 7 child profiles, custom reward goals, and 1-year history & analytics.
Our Kids Todo is a responsive web application designed for all modern browsers. It works beautifully on iPads, Android tablets, iPhones, Android smartphones, and desktop computers. We're preparing to create the iOS and Android apps in the future..
No. Children do not have separate accounts or email logins. Everything runs securely under the parent or guardian's workspace session. Kids can easily switch between their profiles with playful avatars or an optional simple PIN.
💳 Plans
Yes. You can manage your subscription from the Parent Account Portal. If you cancel, your account remains active on the Full Plan until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it seamlessly reverts to the Free Standard Plan.
🔒 Privacy & Child Safety
Yes, absolutely. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children. Parents have full administrative control over all profile data, and we never sell, rent, or monetize your family data for advertising.
Parents can set a 4-digit PIN to prevent children from modifying chore settings, adjusting star totals, or accessing sensitive family configuration screens on shared family devices. (The PIN is optional, but recommended for families with younger children.)
⭐ Chores, Streaks & Rewards
Custom reward goals are a Full Plan feature. On the Full Plan you can configure goals that match your family rules — for example, 50 stars for 30 minutes of video games, 100 stars for a trip to the ice cream shop, or 200 stars for a new toy. Kids can request a reward claim, and parents confirm redemption. Star & point balances are tracked on both plans.
Chores reset based on their recurrence schedule (daily, weekly, etc.). Missed chores do not penalize existing earned stars, encouraging positive reinforcement rather than frustration. That said, we're always striving to improve and welcome feedback on how to make the experience even better for families.
