Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancel anytime, no lock-in. You can cancel your Full Plan subscription at any time from the Parent Account Portal. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period and then automatically reverts to the free Standard Plan — you won't be charged again.
Refunds & disputes. Subscription payments are non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods, except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at support@ourkidstodo.com and we'll resolve it promptly.
Annual discount promotion. The annual Full Plan saves approximately 37% compared to 12 months of monthly billing. Prices are in USD and may be adjusted with at least 30 days' prior notice. The discount applies only to direct subscriptions purchased through Our Kids Todo and is not transferable.
